International Project Manager Patient-Engagement (m/f/d)

helps clients (e.g. pharma, biotech, MedTech and patient organizations) to develop and offer their products and services aligned with the needs of patients. We are experts in designing and implementing programs to integrate the patient perspective into industry processes in Europe. This starts with early technical and clinical development, continues with clinical-trial-design, recruitment & retention, HTA, pricing & reimbursement and patient-access and is completed by multistakeholder alliance-building to improve management of complex chronic diseases. Our portfolio of methods includes patient-liaison, direct patient-involvement, agile patient co-creation, structured patient dialogue and insight research as well as legal and behavioral compliance.

Initially, you will help implementing projects such as patient-insight research (qualitative interviews, quantitative surveys, focus-groups, social-media monitoring) and co-creating programs with patients, caregivers, HCPs and payers. You will increasingly take full conceptual and client responsibility for patient engagement projects in the areas of e.g. drug development, alliance building, program & product co-creation and awareness campaigns.
What can you bring us?
- University degree
You already have some professional experience in the pharmaceutical or med-tech industry, consulting firms, service-providers or patient-organizations in one or more of the following areas: health-care insights
(patients, HCPs) research, health-technology-assessment, market-access,
public/governmental affairs, patient-advocacy
Language skills: fluency in both English and French (ideally mother tongue) is a must. German is not required but considered an asset
Based in France, Benelux or Switzerland and prepared to work from this
You are also interested in and enjoy "selling" and dare to win new customers in the medium term by utilizing your competence, effective communication skills and creativity. You are enthusiastic, results focused and want to make a difference by providing input proactively at all project stages. You have strong ethical principles and are a great communicator. Finally, whilst you are comfortable working independently, you clearly see the benefits and strengths of working collaboratively and synergistically as a strong team player.
Do you recognize yourself?
While we are used to work in a remote/local hybrid setting in our headquarters in Cologne or our offices in Amsterdam and Barcelona, you should particularly be willing to spend 5-7 days/months in Cologne in the beginning.
