Who we are

A pharmacist, pharmacologist (PhD) and MBA by training, Andreas brings 30+ years of hands-on experience spanning academia, pharma industry, and leadership in patient organizations.

He spent over a decade leading Mukoviszidose e.V. (the German Cystic Fibrosis Association) and its research affiliate, where he shaped patient support and non-commercial clinical research. On top of that, he held leadership roles in ACHSE (EVP/President) and sat on the board of EURORDIS, helping shape rare-disease advocacy across Europe.

As a long-time patient representative in the German healthcare system (including 11 years at the Gemeinsamer Bundesausschuss, G-BA), he brings deep expertise in regulatory processes, stakeholder collaboration, and patient-centered healthcare.

‍‍With 15 plus years of leadership experience at Grünenthal, Philipp combines deep pharmaceutical expertise with a strong legal background as an Attorney at Law. He has evaluated and supported late-stage specialty products and understands exactly where patient engagement creates strategic value across development and access pathways.

As a EUPATI Fellow and an active patient advocate for CDKL5, his daughter’s rare neurodevelopmental disorder, Philipp brings both professional insight and lived experience to his work.

His commitment to meaningful, compliant, and impactful collaboration with patient communities is at the heart of admedicum’s.

Roger brings over 20 years of experience in rare-disease drug development, clinical research, and business transformation.

From 2010 until the end of 2018, he was co-owner and CEO of PSR Orphan Experts, a specialized clinical CRO focused on rare diseases. He successfully led the organizational transformation finding its true purpose and utilizing Lean & How (Golden Circle) principles. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth in staff, finances, and most importantly impact for the rare disease community. In 2017 PSR was acquired by Ergomed plc.

Roger previously served as a board member of ACRON and BioFarmind (now HollandBio) and he is a clinical advisor at Immunetune, a pioneering biotech company developing personalized DNA-based vaccines (NeoVAC) against cancer.

Currently, Roger is Senior Partner & Co-Owner of admedicum and also Head of the Benelux Region.

Roger strongly believes that a change in the business eco-system is required in order to address one of the most important challenges for the Life Sciences industry: the sustainability & society’s acceptance of the development of new treatments for patients.
